I have some questions about Footy Ink, who can I ask?
All questions about shipping, handling, delivery times etc can be sent through to footyink@footysocial.com.au . We’ll do our best to get back to you within 3 business days. Please take a read through the questions and answers below first to see if you can find the information you’re looking for.

What does pre-order mean?
The calendars and posters are being printed in batches once we reach the minimum quantity. Doing it this way means we don’t overprint the number of calendars and your calendar is hot of the press, not sitting in storage.

How can I pay?
You can pay using your credit card on the Footy Social website. We are currently working on a direct debit system, and will have that up and running for you soon.

How long does delivery take?
Because we’re printing in batches, it may take Australian residents up to 12 weeks to receive calendars, from the date we close orders. We have scheduled to close pre-orders on 30 October 2011, ensuring everyone receives their Calendar prior to the New Year.

Delivery within 6 – 8 weeks of your order can be arranged for an additional cost. If you would like to upgrade the delivery of your order, please email us at footyink@footysocial.com.au

Do you ship to my country? How long does delivery take to countries other than Australia?
We will ship to any country on the following list:

Who will deliver my order?
Your parcel will be delivered by Australia Post if within Australia and your local air postage service provider internationally.

Can I send an order to someone else?
The 'billing' address must be your own, however you can choose a different 'delivery' address. Please note, because we email your payment confirmation and receipt, it's also a good idea to use your own email address. This keeps your gift a secret.

This is a gift. Is the recipient going to see the costs - and can I add a gift note?
Unfortunately, we don’t have the system set up to add a gift note. The parcels do not include a receipt so the price will not be seen. It’s possible that Australia Post may price the postage of the item.

How is my order packaged?
Your calendar will be shrink wrapped and labeled with your address details.
Your poster will arrive in a tube, which will also be labeled with your address details.

What if there's a problem with my order? How do I return it?
If there's a problem with your order, please email footyink@footysocial.com.au with details of the issue and we will contact you within 10 business days.

Can I cancel my order?    
Because calendars and posters are being printed to order, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed.

Can I get a refund?
As the calendars and posters are being printed to order, we are unfortunately not able to issue refunds once payments have been made. We are however able to replace your products if there are any problems with them.
